Painted 09 SG facia, 09 modified fender on 08 SG...... Also filled in the holes on the facia from the antenna. Now, where is that BIL of mine, I have a front wheel to make.

Ok, I finally got it together. After a number of modifications, I still wasn't able to run the new Dunlop 407 180/65B16, that tire is way too wide. I had to make some special fender spacers, reshape the fender and fender bracket, but........

My 07 Ultra is on the road with a stock fender and a Metzeler 880 180/60R16. Here are some pics.

Jim, Excellent job! I like the facia with the bag guards and the chrome spoke wheel. How did your spacing end up, close to or the same as mine? Can we have a photo of the wheel hub? I am curious how you set the hub with laced wheels. Very, very nice.

Say we ride for a while before the next major project....LOL

This is a very interesting thread, something I would have tried 10 years ago, but I must be getting lazy. I got my Klockwerks 180 kit today, will start on it soon.
