New to the site so please forgive me for asking some questions that have probably been covered before. I'm wanting to purchase a 09 Road King Classic and have some questions. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

1) I don't like the saddle bag guards so I want to get rid of them but when I look at the parts & accessory catalog it says the saddle bag support kit does not fit the FLHRC model.

2) I wasn't interested in ABS but starting to second guess myself; if for no other reason resale value alone.

 

For resale and safety I will go for abs!

 

The saddle bag supports will fit on the bike, they just wont work with the RKC leather bags.
