Mustang solo (in my opinion). My bike is identical to Yachtman's... I used the fender bib because the stock seat had scratched my fender too much to leave it bare. Although I thought that it looked the best, I ended up selling it because it moved me back to far... and at 5'6", I was reaching too much for my bars.

A couple better pics of the Danny Gray. It has a bracket that mounts on the two bolts and then goes back to one. The seat bracke stuck out so I cut it off just long enough so it could be covered by a washer.

Default Longer jiffy stand or wedge?

My SG seems to lay way over when on its stand, anyone aware of a quality, extended stand? I've been looking but can't find one. Also thought about a wedge (upside down) but I don't want it to effect my footboard angle. Also, is there a way to lock the front wheel straight on a Touring bike when parked?

GMC;

I've just bought one of those chrome plastic caps for the fender mount. Where did you get matching paint for yours -- I may want to paint mine, given how good your setup looks.

Like your motorcycle seat, too.

Update:

Just opened a box containing a new Mustang solo seat for my '09 street glide (Mustang part number 79600). Got the seat with backrest, mini fender bib, and chrome mounting hardware for $435 including shipping.

Ordered the whole setup from Lewis Custom Cycles:

Really like the Motherwell 7" solo rack some of you have on. The site says 97/up years. Do any of you know if this will fit the 09?? Looks like a good value too.

Danny Gray buttcrack seat. badass all around seat. people think i have a $1000 custom seat, and i will part with it the first 1k offer i get! then ill spend 300 bucks for a new one. dont run out and get one though. The less people with them, the better and more custom mine looks. you wouldnt like the low profile, cumfy feel anyway

With all due respects to Yachtman and any others who've had problems with Saddlemen, there are always lemons out there.

I've got a Saddlemen and the quality is excellent and it fits like a champ.

They use saddle gel so it takes some getting used to and the seat puts you a little bit forward of the OEM one. I didn't really want that but I'm living with it.
