Thumbs up Fairing Air Deflectors

I always had a problem with the wind buffeting on my 06 SG. I have an 8" and 12" windshield but with the cooler weather here now, I wanted to do something else for the wind that comes up off my legs towards my face. Today I added the fairing wind deflectors and was surprised that it took care of half to 3/4 of the wind coming up. I know that lowers would probably take care of the rest but I'll have to wait for my next "stimulus" check!

Try adding the fork baffle. They'll help get rid of a little more. About $20.

I should have mentioned that I have that also. I'm using the 12" shield right now.

"stimulus" check!? When and how do you get one of those? Wish I could get back some of what I pay in... I use the Fairing Deflectors and yes they do help...I use to get so much wind coming up, after a 3 or 4 hour ride at 70-80 i would get wind burn in the face...

By the way, I was looking in my parts catalog from last year, since H/D decided they no longer could send me a free one, and the price has gone from $30 to $39.99. Amazing, ain't it?

Start a bank or insurance company, run it into the ground, then tell Uncle Sam you need a bailout!

I like the Kuryakyn ones. Added them to my 06 UC and they work very well.

It's about 20* cooler up her in Southern NJ. Just trying to ride as long into the winter as possible!
