Default You got a Removable Tourpak? Come here a minute

I am installing a tourpak on the RKC and have heard about some sort of quick disconnect for the wiring. It's a chopped TP so I don't have tail lights but do have the the spoiler with the LED brake light. Wondering if anyone knows what the part number for the disconnect plug is.

What you need are called Deutsch Connectors and they come in differernt sizes/pin configurations ranging from 2 to 12 pin depending on your application. When I added additional lighting to my EG tourpak, I used 3 pin connectors. I got these from the dealer. You can look at them here. The ones I used are the triangular connectors in the upper left corner.

I had 2 separate 3 wire bundles to splice. To keep from connecting the wrong mates, I put a female on one wire bundle and a male on the other wire bundle coming from the tourpak. Pictured below are the 2 wire bundles from my tourpak. One is a female and the other is a male connector. Their mates are under my seat and there is no mating to the wrong wire bundle.

This may be what he is referring to: Color-Matched Tour-Pak® Spoiler Kit
I also have this mounted on my tourpak and it is a simple installation. Just take your time because there is drilling involved.

You could also splice in a flat trailer wire plug available just about everywhere as another option.

A side note on saddle bag airfoils. There has been a problem with the screw length. When you tighten the screw it dimples the top of the airfoil. I used some small washers when I installed mine.
