This is good too. Over and over again, the Bruce Rossmeyer stealerships are always catching hell and getting bad raps. I wonder though, how long and how many times must it happen before someone in management or Rossmeyer himself does something about. That is if he gives a s---. I don't think he does, even if he didn't know about these issues. He's too buy making commercials for his car stealerships. Pretty good life for a guy who served time in prison. I take the attitude they take with us, screw'em! Gator Harley Davidson in Leesburg, FL is the way to go. I just hope they keep my faith in tack.

I just walked up to the parts counter, told them I wanted one and they gave it to me. Sounds to me like you need a new dealer.

This is exactly what happens when you let the bean counter make executive decisions, and exactly why I (against the short term interest of the owner) refuse to let them tell me how to run the business that I manage.

That is one of the worst examples of customer relations I have ever heard of! ESPECIALLY considering your status as a "good" customer of theirs, OMG!!
I would have asked the GM when they're going to start hitting you with a $2.50 entry fee so you can get inside and look at the bikes on the showroom floor.

Always get a new one free at my local Dealer once a year.
I can understand the cost if you request one mailed to you.
