Looking for seat advice
Will a stock seat from a 2008 Electraglide fit on a 2002 Electraglide without any modifications?

No, The 08 and laters have a hole in the seat for the tab that is mounted on the tank. The pre 08's have the tab on the seat and the slot hole on the tank

Plus 08 have the bigger tank
