I had a Kuryakyn tail light that did that. Made me feel more safe.

wig-wag is a tail/brake light modulator...

(and btw, you don't need to order the 'twin headlight' kit for the RG, 'cause the headlight pigtail is just a Y cable, and you can tap in at the tail of the Y...)
