103 stage 2 Driven home today
Well, i picked up my bike tonight after getting the 103 stage two done,, havent got on it and it was just the drive home...breaking it in,, but she sure felt like she had a lot more torq and sounded different. If i sugested it,, id have to say do the 103 stage 2 over just the 103 kit. Definitely do heads or port work. and dont expect to see wheelies from the 103 stage 2. just my 2 cents... but if your power hungry.. go with the 110 cams and heads..lol Im happy with the 103 stage 2 and i still feel i have the reliability.

I did the 103" stg II in my '09 flhx with bub 7 slip ons and SEST. It's only got 700 miles on it so far so I've not dyno'd to get all the power, but feels really strong in the 1850-3000rpm range. The 255 cams are perfect for my riding style.
Head work would mean probably different cams that work better at a higher rpm range yet I'd lose a little bit of the low end where I like to be.
103" is a great build and is bullet proof. For me, the 110 just wasn't worth the extra dough for arguably just little more power. 110 bragging rights would've been nice though...
Lots of options out there for motor builds...mostly you just need to know what you want outta the scoot..power on early or power on later...both are great..but for me I like TQ...NOW...

no offense to any one..but how can people say the build is bullet proof & they would recomend a build such as this...when one guy is breaking in his build & does not even know what it can do & the other guy has 700 miles in a build...& says it is bullet proof...like i said no offense..but lets here from some guys that have some miles on them bikes with the builds...
