that is a good question, i am almost sure that it is not. i know when i ordered my last tire i asked the guy and he said it did not have the load rateing the mu 85 had.
you may have to trim (or remove) the belt guard on a 160 -- i don't have any experience with 170 and 180 but willing to assume you need a wide tire kit to make them work olfn;4048867].
does the 160, 170, or 180 require any belt or sprocket changes
or any different shim thickness for the drive sprocket?
Is the load rating on the 150 as much as the mu85?
No it is not as much the 150 is about 200 less. The 150 is considered a cruiser type tire and the mu85 is considered a touring. I figured it wasnt that big of a deal unless you plan on carrying bricks with you as you ride.
