Got my brace from UPS last night so didnt have a chance to install it yet , will try and get installed on the bike today after work .

The first thing i noticed when unpacking the box was how heavy the pieces were , you can definitely tell there made from .250 steel plate . I think you would have a hell of a time trying to bend or break one of these , but thats just me . Overall a really nice piece .

Second thing i noticed was how good the powdercoat looked . if it was me i would pony up the extra money for the powdercoated brace vs the raw steel one .

For $175 bucks with the group buy , i dont think you can go wrong .

Will let you guys no how the bike handles when i get this thing on .

I think this pretty much sums it up. People want to believe they bought "THE BEST" and if something comes along with a better price or quality than what they have they feel the need to bad mouth the new product.

Get over it guys. All the reviews are coming in saying this is a great product that works as advertised, is very simple to install, and with workmanship 2nd to none.

Default what would happen?

I fully support the small business man and cheer when he can create a product that competes against larger companies. Here's my question:

If someones brace didn't work what would it not do? Just have wobble again? Why is there so much concern that this one will not hold up like for instance Tru-Trak? what if the Tru-Trak failed, what would happen to bike and rider differnt than if he didn't have one at all?
Ok, I'm confusing myself.

I think it is great that you have provided a lower cost alternative. I am thinking about ordering one but have to get the stereo setup finalized with Firecap first! Looks good.

You get that stereo first. A guys gotta have good tunes! I have had Wayne's system on my bike for about 3-4 weeks now and I still go out to the garage, like a kid, just to turn it on and hear it. No lie!

The concern - which is diminishing as reviews come in - is that a failure will occur in a corner, which could be worse than not having one at all because it would increase the inertia resulting in a more severe wobble.
