I installed one on my 02 roadglide with a set of Rineharts true duals. It took about 75 miles til I noticed improvement. When I called Terry Terminal, they said that was normal. Mine has a single O2 sensor, and I think a dual O2 setup would be better. The one thing that I'm having a problem with is at 3K rpm's I'm getting surging, very little but I notice it. I need to get it on a dyno to see if it's the fuel management system. I did pull the plugs and they look great, cocoa brown and don't appear to be running lean. Bryn
I have a TV11 with Doherty Intake and Supertrapps SE mufflers, I have had a great experience with mine runs great NO dyno and I get a consistent 47 mpg. When I went out west this summer I averaged 57 mpg with 87 octane gas.
It depends on what you're going to use it on. If you have a bike with the closed-loop EFI you'd be way money ahead to get a TTS tuner (it's what the SERT became). If you have an older, open-loop-only EFI then it might be worth something to try this unit.
On there web site it says for 08-09 throttle by wire models with closed loop operation and that it uses both factory 02 sensors. Am I missing something?
