Saw a orange 2009 CVO Road Glide live and in person for the first last Sunday. All I can say wow. That is one hot bike. Pic's on web do not come close. All the way I had to keep telling myself I love my SG.

 

I love my 08 RG but that 09 CVO Road Glide is hard to resist.

 

just keep telling yourself " 35k, 35k, 35k" you'll get over it!!! maybe!! thats what i'm doing. the silver/titanium/black is unbeleivable. so is my black pearl. and a helluva lot cheaper....ride safe!!!

 

The CVO is one hell of a bike if you look at the options it comes with. I also believe it will hold it's value much higher and longer than a standard RG.

A friend of mine has an Orange SE on order but has to wait until January for delivery. I can't wait to see it in person. I'm sure it will make mine look 2nd class in comparison.

 

Augusta H-D had one like that and it was drop dead gorgeous. I knew I couldn't afford it, so to make myself feel better, I got a new Vivid Black paint set for my '04.

 

I had my dealer put me on the waiting list for the next Orange/Black model, then the economy tanked and I decided I'd upgrade to an Ultra for $9k less (not counting the cost for the tour pack, lowers, etc on the CVO). Maybe some day I'll be able to pick up a really clean low mileage one from some RUB.

got to see several around Daytona last week... I agree they are awsome... I also saw one in the titanium... didn't think I would like it, but it is beautiful too. but at $35k, I'll just have to admire them from a distance...

there was one on the lift at the Fat Baggers booth getting a TURBO installed... woohoo I could only imagine how that thing will run !

 

I'm gonna ask the wife if I can have one.
