Default No inspection cover ? ? 08 RK

Ok this maybe really stupid but how do I change primary fuild 08 RK Classic? I don't have classic primary chain inpection cover ? (WTF, service manual ordered waiting 2 weeks now). Found drain easy enough don't know where to add new fuild. Thanx. I'll sit back and take my beating now.

You have to add fluid through the derby cover (clutch access).... The Primary has a self adjuster now, so no access cover there anymore. I have to remove my passenger foot rest to gain access to all the derby cover bolts.

Gotta add it through the derby cover. No inspection cover because they are all now auto adjusters

It should be explained (w/pics) in the owner's manual under service.

Basically, you fill the bike (leveled) via the derby cover port.

Even on the older models you need to remove the derby cover to properly check the fluid level as you fill it anyway.

Yup, through the derby cover - takes 32oz. as I recall and you don't have to stand the bike upright to fill.

So it is suppose to be level with the edge of the derby cover when on the jiffy stand? I thought you drain it and just add another new quart in and all was good. I just added mine in through the inspection cover last time to save a step of taking the derby off.
