Default Extended shifter

Recently installed a longer heel shifter on my RK,gotta say its comfortable, allows full use of the floorboard and you can adjust it so you hardly pick up your heel to shift.I purchased the one and one-half inch longer than stock from "Softrac".Great product.

I found one on eBay that is 2.25'' longer than the stock one. I do not think I could ride mine without the heel shifter, now that it is in the right place. I did not like it up high and in the way but low and back is just right. The rest of these guys don't know what they are missing.

About a month ago I installed a pair of Kuryakyn Girder extended shift levers. The difference is amazing. Plenty of room on the boards and seems to have better leverage while shifting. The extended brake pedal will be the next addition

I have heard that these easy and less expensive add-ons are the best things since sliced bread. I know that there are a lot of companies that make them, and I had considered getting the EZ-shift, just havent pulled the trigger as of yet... maybe this winter I will add the extended shifter and brake pedals? Hope so... enjoy and ride safe the riding season is coming to a end around this area I think (chicago) getting cold out! Currently 50degs out... maybe I'm a fair weather rider, but 50 is a lil too cold for me!

I've got the E-Z extended shifter too and it does make the floorboards much more comfortable.I also have the E-Z brake and it puts the brake pedal at a better angle.
