Sorry but no idea how to place the PDF file on the reply. Using the PC3 with my laptop however is piece of cake. the PDf basically says to change the values on the zero column on both front and rear fuel tables. Just the values from 2000rpm to redline. It say to first try a -40 in each cell. Tried that and the popping got worse. Then it says, if the problem worsens to try +10 to +15 stating that the added fuel will cool the exhaust but that too much fuel will start to noticeably effect fuel mileage. After tweaking for a while, I found the +15 to be just right for my set-up. Hasvn't checked mileage yet but will on my next tank. definitely take a little MPG loss for the now great running bike. Another tip on the file from Power Commander says to try advancing the timing 3 degrees if the problem still exsists.

There's a guy in my area that dyno's the PC for $275, is was going to go that route.

See my sig for details...I average 40mpg and regularly get 45mpg on the hwy even when riding 2-up. I had my map tuned for gas mileage at cruising speeds.

Do some searching, as there are quite a few threads on improving mileage. I've been tweaking mine since receiving my PCIII from Jamie, who creates great maps that emphasize cooling and performance at the expense of mileage. Leaning the cruise range will help, in my case about 7mpg cruising on the backroads, probably not as much improvement in city riding.

The Power Commander is undoubtedly the best piggyback controller available.

I have one I bought a year ago July and ran for about 18,000 miles. It's sitting in my living room. I pulled it off and am using the TTS tuner. Make me an offer on the PC-III. It's got the O2 eliminators and is for an 07.

Heading out to the bike now w/ the laptop to make an adjustment to the map. I'm popping on decel, and I need to adjust the 0% throttle from 2000 - 6500 RPM to +10....
I hope that you have better luck than I did getting rid of the decel pop. I have cranked my zero column up to +45 from 1750m -4500 and still have a small amount of decel popping. I guess I will have to live with it

I was wondering about about changing the timing. Can that be done using the pciii and and whether going advance or retarded. (not too sure on the timing concepts and what possible damgage can be done)

If the PCIII is the best, why are you now running a TTS? Enquiring minds want to know ;-)
