Getting paint off of fiberglass
I have some side covers and hard bags that it looks like someone painted with spraypaint. How is the best way to get it off without ruining the gelcoat: Blasting with walnut husks, paint stripper, sanding?

Are you going to have them re-painted?
If so, I wouldn't worry about the gelcoat too much. They'll need to be sanded/prepped for painting and clear coated in the end anyway.
And how old are they? HD has been using plastics for several years (not true fiberglass).

Agreed... need more info to suggest a course of action!
if it is in fact spray bomb, usually carefully using enamel reducer (NOT lacquer thinner) will take it off without screwing up the factory paint...

UPDATE:
I had great success using Aircraft Stripper and steel wool. Worked like a champ! I am repainting so I was not concerned about the original finish. Bulldog, you might try the enamel reducer ?
