Law are too damn soft in this type of thing. Your driving around illegal with no license or insurance, hit and likk someone your *** needs to be locked up for manslaughter, atleast.

 

I'm sure it is just under investigation, and he WILL be charged once they find the traffic lights were fully operational, and all statements have been made. They can't just charge someone at the scene, or risk it getting thrown out without all the facts in. Alcohol tests need to be performed etc. He will get what is coming, one way or another.

 

What BS that should be a minimal of vehicular homicide at the least. A death was caused by his direct actions

 

Down here in Fla we had Illegal aliens who hit bikers and ran 3 times in a month. They really need to crack down on this sort of crap! I am sorry for the loss of your friend and for his family

This seems to happen way too much and law abiding citzens of this great country suffer and the law does not seem to help. It woulld be great to see a petition go around to stiffen 3rd offenses which cause a death of an innocent. It is just so sad to see this happen and it makes my blood boil.
