Well I still haven't been on an 09 , but saw them at the dealer the other day. As I said in an previous post, I don't like the looks of the exhaust or rims, but I do like the bigger tire and wider fender. From the back it looks really sharp.But not gonna loose 4 or 5 grand to have a fat tire though or to get this so called better handling simple because, I have no problems with how the 08 handles. (I am one of the 10% that has never felt the wobble) I will be curious what changes are made in the 2010 models?

 

Just did Daytona Thurs and Friday. Trip there 150 miles and rode a total of 600. Sat in trafic for 45 minutes a Rosemyers. My 09 did not overheat like my 06 and ran great. Had a great time. Cabbage patch had a amazing band on Friday afternoon. The beer popper chicks get better looking every year. I had a really great trip on my 09 UC.

 

interesting, the 09 I had on loan on the UK RTTW, had serious overheating problems during the 2 mile slow ride, to the point that I could not get it out of gear and it continually cut out. The 07 and 08 models around me had no problems other than getting hot.

And remember this is in the UK, and air temps were high 50f

 

i love my 09 rg it thinks its a sport bike but so comfortable

 

I'd like to have one, but I've spent too much money on my 07. This is worse than a drug habit.

Holy smoke amike...if my bike looked like yours I wouldn't be trading it either. NICE RIDE! I'd say $$ well spent. You got a one of a kind there brother.

 

I have been looking for a thread like yours Im going to the stealer tomorrow and haggle with them over 09 road glide. It's good news for the 09 s and me
