Default ? for those who have installed wo 575 on 08-later

Im on the middle of doing the install of w/o 575 on my 09 ultra. The TBW assembly is very tight in the 575, it pulled right out of the stock bar but will need to be pulled on with a plier and some serious force to get out of the 575's

Should I be concerned?

Also,
I have a kruzer caddy drink holder, will putting this on the bar mar or indent the chrome?

TIA

Did you internally wire the 575's with wiring other than the throttle sensor? If you did, then you are supposed to use throttle sensor 32310-08 as opposed to the stock 32305-08. The reason being is that the 32310 is for internally wired bars and doesn't include the green connector clip which allows for more room.

Has nothing to do with the green connector, its how the sensor fits in the bars. All the wires fit.
