Cool CVO Road Glide miseries!

Well, I was going to put a deposit on the 2009 CVO Road Glide today...black/silver.
Apparently this bike is hotter than a $2 dollar...................
Dealer has already sold their 1 allotted black/silver CVO Road Glide and the next closest dealer has taken 6 deposits on the same bike and they're not sure they'll get enough to fill the orders.

Sucks.
I'd like to have that badboy!

I might need consoling over this.
Any forum member a shrink?

I guess the economic crunch doesn't apply to everyone. (the rich get richer?!)
I don't see 30K plus either. It is a sweet bike, but yeah, not worth it . . . And seeing as how Harley's don't hold their value (maybe CVO's a little better) but wait a yr and buy a cherry one for 20.

The other thought is, you could "build" one bitchin RG for 30K

Less than that actually. My dealer just gave me the part numbers to do the SERG rear end. Before paint it is less than $1000. My .02 build your own and enjoy, that is more fun and more of a CUSTOM than a CVO, even though they are sweet.

What is included in that less than $1000 price? Is that just the fatter rear fender with built in fillers? The rear end of the SERG is mighty sweet looking. I had to have the SG rear end when I got mine and now would be interested in the SERG rear end.
