You both sound like the typical dumb azz, uneducated bikers.........(is that sarcasm?)

I had a great experience with the dealer in Yucca Valley, CA. Had a rental from LV and the cruise control stopped working and the check engine light went on. They took me right in and got it fixed... great guys!

Yeah, I realized that later & apologized...see #19 above...it just makes me boil when I hear of dealerships treating good people like that...when broken down, dealer is 1st place where I would look for help...& they blow you off...don't get me started...B

I have had good experience with them. Just yesterday brought in my 2007 RG for 5k service I had intended to do myself however I stripped one of the Torx bolts on the primary and I wimped out on changing the fluids. I brought in all the redline for all 3 holes. They got the stripped bolt out - no extra charges and charged me 2 hours flat rate for 5k service. They've done other warranty work as well and had previously serviced my 98 FDX before trading.

Had a bad experience myself and will never step foot in that shop again.
