About Us

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Harley-Davidson of Clayton County was founded in 1977.We remember when we were 1 of 2 H-D dealers in town.We have grown since then to a state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot facility to serve our customers.
We are "The Best Little Harley House in Georgia," that's our motto. We like to greet customers; we like to meet them; we like to know who they are. We CARE about our customers. The more we know about our customers, the better we can support them

The only Corporate Policy that makes it to the dealer, or stealer is, do whatever you want. Good people make good dealers.

So maybe you can clear this up for the good folks here...is that how you treat out of town tourists that need your help...or not...

Guess the web site is just marketing hype...the current inventory shows 9 bikes, all used, and the salesguy is in a sports coat...never seen that in a dealership. Interesting, but hope I don't break down near there...

I'm guessing they wanted to keep the folks around a while so they could get to know them better. You know, so they could better support them. Kinda hard to support 'em when they run off as soon as you fix their ride.

Arriving at the dealership, we went in to ask for a mechanic to take a look at it just to be sure. They very bluntly told us they DID NOT have time to look at it and if we would leave it they would try to look at it maybe tonight or tomorrow. They were very blunt about it and walked away. Not offering advice or even trying to sell him a fuse. What a real letdown. We proceeded out to my bike and found the correct fuses and changed it. With that, they were ready to continue on their way to Pigeon Forge,Tn for 2 weeks of leaf watching. I just wanted to pass on this blight of a Stealership that everyone should know about. I have never been in a dealership that acted that way about any kind of service, especially when they know you are from out of town, on a trip. That's HD of Clayton County. Dan
I'm originally from Atlanta and live just North of the city. First, to all those visiting or just passing through, WELCOME! We're awfully glad to have you spend time with us! I'm sorry HD of Clayton County treated a visitor in such a fashion, but quite frankly, I've never heard anything good about that dealer, so it's no surprise.

I can honestly say from experience that the two BEST HD Dealers in and around the Atlanta area are (In order of preference.):
1. HD of Cartersville
2. Killer Creek Harley-Davidson

The service departments are tops, the entire staff is excellent and best of all, they CARE!

What goes around comes around and that's especially true with HD dealers.
