Turned out to be a collapsed lifter. Two turns around the block and now she runs fine. Thanks for all the help and info.

Ahh, been a while since I have been there but, Just outside Kunsan in the edge if the business district There is a guy Named Mr. Kim, short guy with straight black hair does a real good job painting. Ya can't miss him from the discription! Good Luck
