Default Cheapest place I found to buy name brand boots

I just saw a thread with over a 100 replys (about 10 or so pages) about riding boots.
I just thought I would let everyone in on a great web site that I found and used.

http://workingperson.com/

Man do they have a lot to choose from.

I wanted to buy some Milwaukee Classic Harness boots and checked a lot of sites.
This place had the best price and a no hassel return policy.

They shipped quick and the turn aound on the exchange wasn't bad either.
.........and they have FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURN EXCHANGE.

They have 4 pages just of Harley Boots.

I had to return them for a wider size and believe me it was easy.
No hassel to return them for the proper size.

The problem of not being able to try the boots before you buy keeps me from buying boots or other pieces of clothing on line. I am lucky to have enough stores close by, that i can shop around for the best price. With boots, I had to wear steel toe boots for my work and since I retired, I have several pair of steel toe boots to use up before I have to buy new again. Even then, probably still wear those kind. So used to shifting gears with the toe that anything else feels strange.

I hear ya, I don't usually have any luck with clothing or boots over the internet.
I ended up driving 3 hours each way one time to try on some $100 chaps (that now I love) because I kept getting disapointed trying some leathers over the internet.

But what I did find is (with my weird shaped feet - 11 1/2 EW),
I can get close to the boots I want in stores, but they never have the right size.
I usually need a wider size than people carry.

So I checked as well as I could in stores
boots that felt good, but needed to be a different size,
then ordered the size I thought from these guys.

http://www.onlinebootstore.com
Here is another place that I have found that is real good on the prices. The return/exchange is just like the first comment.

I've bought most of my stuff on line as I'm an hour and a half from even a small major city. (that didn't make sense did it?) This looks like a decent site, good prices. Probably try them in the future.

I haven't bought boots in a long time, but I will be in the market next year. My question is; Do boot sizes vary as much as tennis shoe sizes do now? used to be I could grab a pair of 10 1/2 off the shelf and be good. Now it's anywhere from a 10 to a 12. How do you get past that?

They vary by manufacture... makes it rough to buy on-line anymore...

Default Working person's store

The working persons store...read below quick profile in thumb picture...little town of Lakeville, IN. about 10 miles south of South Bend without even a stoplight in town...wish I would have had my 401K invested in them...thet are about 15 miles away from where I live...they are quite the talk of the area and do things RIGHT...not to mention they're one of the top retailers on ebay.
