Guys,

My 08 RKC has VH classic slipons installed but i dont fancy their sound. too low for my ears.
Which of the VH slipons sounds highest?
Would you recommend VH vs Rinehart?
Do true duals make a difference in terms of performance?

 

Here's a link to my thread with a sound file I posted for my V&H fishtails when they were brand spanking new. Of course PC speakers don't do them justice, but they sound friggin awesome - and even better now a year and a half later. What's nice is they're not always blaring: When touring at a steady clip they don't deafen the passenger, but rap on 'em and there's no need for viagra.

As far as recommending one over the other I can only say no bluing yet, which I read was a problem with Rhineharts back when I was researching.

I sport Porker True Duals with Python slip-ons on my 05 FLHRCI, its my understanding that V&H made the Porkers, Drag Specialties contractors make the Pythons and I Love the Sound. Just my two cents if its worth that much.
