Default Correct cams for EFI 96

I've got an 09 SG coming end of the month, and I'm deciding on what performance upgrades to go with. I'm doing python predator slip-ons (stock head pipes) and the SE stage1 air cleaner. I'm getting a SERT and am having my stealer dyno tune the bike after 1000 mi.

I don't intend to do a big bore kit (now or down the road), and am looking into getting cams that will give me a little more punch around town. I'm not a gearhead, so a couple questions...

1. What is a good bolt-in cam for a 96ci EFI motor that will noticably increase mid-range torque?
2. How much labor is involved to install cams (how many hours will the dealer charge)?
3. How will the 96ci SG with these mods compare roughly to my 03 fatboy (AC & pipes, stock cams), given the extra 150 lbs. on the SG?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You are going to be stuck with HD Screaming Eagle Cams to presearve your warrenty. I would recommend at least .495 of lift. .510 if they offer it.

I have an 07 RK. I had the 103 kit installed with SE-255 cams. The cams really woke the engine up. These cams provide a lot more low and mid-range torque. Not sure if they are best for a 96..but they are great in a 103!

SHOLDER:
Have 07 RK, wanted more low end torque. Went with SERT, FAT CAT exhaust and 255 cams from 103 kit. Really did wonders for low end. Had 103 Kit in 07 Deuce and felt it was a nice set-up, but didn't want to spend extra for the few cubic inch gain. Look at Latus HD site, Mike has lots of good things to say about gains from 255 cam addition to 96 Cu. In.
