Been trying to buy one & have sent them three emails with no response. Does anybody know if they're still selling the product or does the sales service just suck?
That is supprising I had great customer service they called right back and during the install I had a question and Ron did not hesitate to come to the phone and speak with me. Never rushed and always helpful.
I made an initial query about the Bagger Brace on Sept 16. Later that day, I was promptly emailed back by Ron concerning the product, etc. I made my decision and sent him all my payment info on Sep 19, again on Oct 6 and then today...still no response. As you can imagine, I'm not real happy and thinking about another system.

Here's an idea, TRY CALLING. The website has their phone number and when you call the number, if nobody answers, the message gives you RON'S PERSONAL CELL NUMBER. Ron is the guy in charge and I assume the owner.
How's that for sales service that, as you put it, sucks? Call Wal-marts with an inquiry and see if you get the CEO's cell number.
Thanks for the advice about calling his cell…but you see, in one of my emails I advised him that I’m currently in Africa and my cell doesn’t work here! Thus, that is why I have sent NUMERIOUS emails. Believe me if I could have called, I would have already.
