Yes they will, and it may be inexpensive, but it is a real big improvment over stock.

Thank you very much! I figure its a good way to give him a gift and if he doesnt like it he can take it back and I didnt have to give him a crappy gift card....LOL He bought the bike new so I cant find anything on it that hasnt been replaced by chrome in the last 6 years.

I have been considering this bezel - can anyone tell me if this increases the air pressure inside the fairing?
I am thinking that with this bezel air will have a way in around the lights and this may have a negative effect on how the speakers operate.

Zanotti's has this part for $28 and some change,I just pulled the trigger on the head light bezel and it was only $44 with shipping. I can't wait to put it on. I know I will have trouble too. The day I bought the bike I noticed that the black head light trip is pushing on the iside of the clear bubble. So I know I'll have to adjust my lights quite abit.
Totally worth it.

I just recieved the CVO Headlight Bezel, tried to POP IT IN,and I noticed that me lights also protrude to much. I noticed when I bought my bike that the stock black bezel was sticking out so far that it was touching the clear plastic bubble. I am just wondering how much I will have to adjust my headlights to get it to fit.

I went back and spoke to my sales rep and asked if I could look at the parts so I could see why they were so expensive. We looked at them and there was no way the parts are worth the price they were trying to charge me. We started looking in the Screaming Eagle parts catalog to see if there could be some kind of mistake. He noticed there were also a set of housings for the Japanese models with the same hardened lenses. The cost for those were $43.00 each. He contacted the factory and asked if they made a mistake and they could not justify why the Japanese versions were less however they would not change the cost of the American versions.

We dug a little deeper and looked up the complete headlight assembly (which come with everything including the lamps) and found it was just over $200.00. He contacted the factory again and asked the reason why and they still insisted the individual part is $243.00 each. We went ahead and ordered the complete assembly and they gave me 10% off. I changed the assembly out when I changed the handlebars and by looking at them you couldn't tell the difference between the two. I don't think you would have to change them out right away but I did just because I had the assembly in hand. The assembly part number is; 69986-09.

Ah so I take it that only the 2009 CVO models carry the hardened lenses and the regular 2009 Road Glides don't....

Well hardend lenses or not,I got mine on. I had to adjust the headlamps back a whole lot,and that is because they came from the factory unadjusted. Hope I got it right. Gut the piece looks awesome on my color bike.

Here's a thought...couldn't you just put some of the Clear Bra plastic over the exisiting headlights when you replace the plastic cover with the SE bezel?? Seems like that would take the worry about rock chips on the glass. If the rock's big enough to break that, it'd probably have chipped/broken the OEM plastic cover anyway.
