Default throttle adjustment

does anyone know if their is a adjustment on the "09 ultra's

I don't believe there is an adjustment. It's an electronic throttle.

ok mine seems to rotate a ways before the rpm's start to come up just didn't know if this the norm

I'm not sure if there is anything you can do yourself, but the shop should be able to get the dead spot out if its more than just a very small amount. The bigger complaint I've heard about the TBW is that in 1st gear they can be kind of jerky...you hit a little bump and your right hand moves slightly causing unintended throttle increase, so there shouldn't be much play in it, at least there isn't in my 08.

my wide glide was like that but the ultra is just the other way so maybe there is one

I think this is an inherent problem or characteristic of the FBW throttle. My 08' was the same way. If you roll it all the way to zero it has a flat spot in it. You will learn to adjust to this yourself. T.
