I think i'm going to start using the K&N filter..I like the nut idea on the end.

I use these on occasion when I want to flush my engine out. I ran Mobil 1 20w50 for 3k mi. It came out black. I filled the crank with a 15w40 Diesel oil and a ST3614, and ran it for 100 mi. then dumped it. The oil pressure was fine and I really didn't notice ant difference. I normally run Mobil 1 20w50 and a Harley Black filter. I called Champion labs and the y sent me the attachments.

Sorry couldn't upload the attachments, but they said there filters meet or exceed HD's Specs.

ngoti8tor: I have been looking at one of the K&P filters pretty seriously myself. Just wondering if you noticed a bump in oil pressure and a decrease in oil temp after you put yours on? Got any numbers you'd care to share? Thanks.

I've been using k&N filters on my 08 Ultra and never had an issue. Like the fact its easy to remove with the nut that is welded on the end.
