I listened to them at the Vance & Hines tent in Daytona this weekend and they are pretty quiet - a nice, deep mellow sound. I am planning on putting them on my SG. I put Hogtunes in the fairing and also put the Hogtunes kit in the lowers and these mufflers should not interfere with the tunes at all.

The sound was what I was worried about too. I have the v& h true duals with the flat rocks now (the smaller ovals) and they have that good mellow sound but it doesn't interfere w/ the radio at all. If these have a similar sound I am in. anybody wanna buy a 2 month old set of Vance and Hines ovals? I really want these. I also have set of guages for a 2007 street glide showing 4900 miles if anyone is interested (the white / silver dials).

Those pipes look sooooo nice on your bike! Nice choice
I have an '09 SG. I Bought the chrome version (p/n 16755) from M&M for $620 (less 5% but that sale is over). Bike is at the dealer now doing a stage 1!
