Default Crash bars!

I have to disagree. On 09/02 I was hit broadside by a minivan! The crash bar on the right side took a direct hit and surely saved me from a broken leg. My '08 Roadking also survived and I will be fixing it over the winter!

Shakrr,

I think Kuryakyn makes some engine guards.

We all know we're never going to drop our bikes because we're all PRO's, right guys...... Har har dee har har.......

We keep the bars on our bikes to protect the bike when that little ole lady backs into it when it's parked on the stand.

By the way, if you can see my bars, they are Kury. I like to be able to move my feet around on trips.
tsfxstider, I have been riding for 45 years and the first and only bike I dropped was a 1965 750 Norton Atlas and that was right after I took delivery of it. It had less than 20 miles on it. Luckily it was on the side of the road and we(it) landed in soft grass. I have since owned approx 20 bikes of all makes. the last 4 of which were Harley'.s
