its the same deal for foreign countries, they also have 3 monthly allotments and Harley sets the #s.
Maybe Harley are employing a couple of fortune tellers who saw the meltdown coming, the cutback in production is really going to help them out.
I dont think anyone will be waiting too long after xmas.

BS, sounds like the dealer just trying to sell you something he can get from another dealer right away, which just as good for you. 58 days here from order day to receive day. Check out what some of these guys say it took them when ordered. Seems like the norm is about 8 wks.

Thanks for all the responses folks.
Seems I ordered at the beginning of the quarter. Guess I’ll have to be patient. “Good things come to those who wait". Just wish I wouldn’t sold my Roadster before checking into how long it was going to take to get my EGC. I'm missing out on some nice riding days. Oh well 89 days and counting.
I have been able to locate a few 2009 EGC's without ABS at other dealers. But after reading all the threads I’m convinced ABS is the way to go especially since the wife enjoys riding with me. Doesn’t really manner riding season will be over soon.
