Well in the summer I'm out ther with the bikes and in the winter out working on my hotrod project.
So far she's all good with it.
This would have never flew when the kids were little though..
My wife is a keeper too. She is real cool about it, as long as it doesn't come between family time. Kids are grown up now, would not have gone well when the kids were little.
She said to me one time, I would rather see you in your garage fiddling with our bike rather than you being other places doing a lot worse.
Well put I think...:-)
I love her, and I'm a keepin' her...:-) and the bike too....lol
Hell mine is also a keeper, as long as i make time for her also, i would not have it anyother way.also as long as hers is the only azz that gets planted on our ride.
Don't know if I should mention what mine says....but she often comments to her friends that "he rides that thing more than he rides me!" Which goes for time in the garage also.
My wife agreed with me when I told her I needed another garage to keep the bike and shop in. I just finished it a couple weeks ago and today installed an electric furnace and air. She knows I'll be out here a lot from now on. I guess after 42 years she knows what to expect from me.
NOPE... Got to say that I am a pretty lucky guy... I do what I need to get done when it needs to get done and then the time left is my time.... My wife actually loves to ride with me, and has no problem hitting the road for a weekent putt of 500 or 600 miles. She is a true trooper. A couple of months ago our local Harley chapter did part of the ride home and road out to York, PA THE LONG WAY... next day I took a few other couples for a putt thru Lancaster and then we BLASTED home... she really enjoyed the part when I lead home... I am a lucky man....
