Had my '06 RK classic in the shop getting some goodies added and while there the dealer told me about the injector issue and told me if i didnt mind he was going to pull the injectors to see if they were the bad ones. Well sure enough he said they needed to be replaced and after getting the bike back today all I can say is it seems to run a whole lot smoother than before, I really didnt think I had a problem with my bike but after feeling the difference I guess I must have...lol. So if you have a chance get your 06 bagger to the shop and have it checked!

When i had mine serviced i told them i had them i have the old injectors.
when i came back they said my bike runs fine with them they didnt replace them.[:@]

 

Daytona Harley did mine yesterday. No problem.

 

Very commendable of him - it's always good to see dealers being proactive. On the other hand, no need to actually pull the injectors. With a flashlight, you can eyeball 'em.

 

I called my dealer to set this up a few weeks ago -- lucky i did then cuz the ealiest appointment wasnt for 5 weeks

 

My dealer stepped up to the plate and changed mine 12/02/05, long before the MoCo admitted anything[8D]
