well I've found that at 50 years young that I am too old for sportsters, dynas, and soft tails,
but at the same time I am way to young for fairings and tour packs. But because
harley dose not offer the RK custom any more I would have to say a stripped down
and lowered RKC , which is what i've done with my 07 rkc

Touring------Ultra Classic all the way. Money no object--CVO Ultra Classic
but maybe I am a little biased.

A FREE bagger? Since I have a Road King Classic and have owned an EG Classic before, it would have to be a two-tone Ultra; no need to go to a CVO. An Ultra is going to be my last new bike anyway.
Kevin M, I just turned 50 and wouldn't mind parking an Ultra next to my RKC in my garage. I am into comfort, I admit it. And a tour pak is just about the handiest thing you can have on a bike, imho; my chopped tour pak rarely comes off my RKC.

The one I have, maybe? Well, maybe a RG for a 2nd bike. They do look cool.

If I could keep my Roadie, I would go for the RKC for my freebie. If I could not keep my Roadie, then I would break the bank and go straight to the CVO Road Glide for sure.

RKC, no wimp shield. with a 103" motor and gear drive cams. Who needs a radio on a motorcycle? I don't get it. If you want to listen to music, stay home and turn on the stereo or put a disc in you cage and drive around. When I ride I wanna hear my pipes and my motor and feel the wind in my face. That's motorcycling. Jeez, some of you guys remind me of Wing drivers.
I just turned 68 and I'm still having fun. I take a trip now and then, but if comfort is important, I can always get in my nice Ford truck with great stereo, AC and electric leather seats.
Beside, a Road King Classic is the essence of Harley.
To each his own, but that's how this old biker feels.

I'd go with a CVO Ultra. That way I wouldn't have to add the tourpak on the SG for long trips.
