I'd pick the RKC. I love my Ultra for the all the stereo, extras and boatloads of storage, but the RKC is simply hands down the best damn looking Harley on the road, IMO.
just saw this year's brand new silver / black CVO Road Glide waiting for pick up at the dealership last weekend.....SICK !! ....totally friggin awesome. most unbelievable touring bike i've ever seen....i love the road glide
i now officially want one (i'll keep my fat boy, of course!)....
I love my Ultra Classic, I like the option of taking the tourpac off or leaving on for the wife...handles great as well, just the over all looks to me is one in its self!!
2009 SE Roadglide in orange/black please. I can't explain why but that bike gives me a woody every time I see a pic (still have not seen one in person yet).
The Road King for me,it is a very easy to go from a cruiser to a bar hopper, quick release bags and windshield.Being an old schooler the RK is what I like.It has the looks.
Never spent a second considering any Harley tourer other than a Road King. I bought a Harley admittedly for form 1st over function, and what Harley displays form better? I don't want plastic fairings on my Harley, my Harley has to have those iconic shapes.
Free I would still want a stock, new Ultra Classic. I'd CVO it the way I want it with emphasis on the engine, wheels and suspension. My first was a Sporty but then moved up to a Road King and then an Ultra from my beloved Dad's promptings. The Ultra Classic has won me over to an embarrassing degree. I still get the "**** shivers" everytime I even think about riding. I don't think that kind of happiness and excitement will ever go away while I am alive.
I have an EG. I would not buy a touring model that didn't have a fairing. Wind wears me out on a long trip. I'm very much into comfort in my old age. I've never ridden a RG and I'm just wondering how good it diverts the wind verses the EG?
