For any of those wanting to use the accessory connector without cutting/splicing the wiring harness, I have inlcuded one of my previous posts below.

I had the same dilema when I hooked up the Road Tech on my '05 RKC, what I did is hook up the orange/white wire to the left toggle switch as it is unused. This gives me the option to turn the radio power off/on even if the ignition switch was in the accessory position. However, after I did that I discovered that Harley has a switched circuit adapter harness that will plug in to the accessory switch harness under the seat. You can then splice into that instead of hacking into your factory harness. The part number is 70264-94A and runs $14.95. There is no picture on the HD website but if you have the 2006 accesories and parts catalog it is on page 494, Item E.
