With the 21" front wheel you raised the front 1 1/4". I used the HD 1" lowering kit, there are others like progressive, I hear that rides nicer, but I have never rode one myself to know he difference. You can go 2" lower with your set up, but I would not suggest it with a bike you plan to ride a lot. You just don't have much travel left when you go that low.
