I was doing some reading on how to hook a Zumo 550 up to blue tooth and a coupe peopel mentioned that there Ultra came with a head set? Mine didn't actually it was short the lower back rest, which I didn't realize was missing either. Can anyone clarify the head set issue?

 

Mine came with new with two.

 

You will need your headset (175.00 plus tax) and you will need a bluetooth phone. Then you will need to get dealer to install bluetooth device under your ffront fairing (cost around 500.00). Then you can use your phone thru your headset and use the Zumo thru the headset. I have a Zumo 550 and I am very content to read the directions as they come across the screen. Bldr

 

Just bought an 09 Ultra. Bike came with one headset, but I got the dealer to throw in the second. Cost to purchase is $200.

 

So that means I was shorted on set of head phones. This is starting to **** me off! I've been waiting a year for them (Heritage Harley, Lisle Illinois) to get me lower back rest that was missing. Now because of there bad Del. process no one caught that I was shorted a headset either.The F&I Mgr is gone the sale mgr (ken) is gone and now I've been waiting for the back rest since Sturgis.
