You can use the other ones and plug the throttle/idle holes. I believe others here on the forum used them.

I'm wanting to do mine too with the bar swap. Looks like some good deals on ebay. I assume they are not HD switch housings.
Have you had a problem or heard of a problem with some after market switch housings? If so what? I like to save money and have used after market accessories on many occassions, but I don't want no junk.

I got mine from KC International. (The "International" part should tell you they're probably from China.) My husband & I installed them. He's a former machinist & showed me where the casting job was a bit sloppy. There was flash (casting residue) along some of the seams that needed a tad of grinding to let the buttons fit properly. It wasn't the end of the world though & the touched up parts were invisible.
It just took a little extra time on a job that already took a whole day.
They cost me $40.00.

I purchased Custom Chrome chrome controls (housings, mc reservoir, clutch perch, levers, etc.) from Eastern Performance Cycles for $120 three years/50K miles ago and they look great, still. I did rebuild the master cylinder this summer--I think the kit cost $120.
