I never liked the oval air cleaner when the Twinkie came out and like them even less now that I have seen 264.8 million of them. I saw a Kuryakyn High-5 the other day and liked it mainly because it was different. Any opinions on the air cleaner? I would even take an S&S teardrop with a K&N if they made the for the fuel injected. Any other options than the football and the High-5 that would be good for touring?--------------Rethy

 

I just took the cover off my filter. I do have the Live to Ride imblem over the outside of the filter. I like the look and, so does some of my friends, they took theirs off also and put their skull imblem on the outside of filter.

 

I prefer the round EVO nostalgic one , only about $50.00

on my '02 RG , had the Zipper's Performance high flow filter (think deeper K&N filter) with the Arlen Ness large round cover.

 

there is a post on here where a guy took a dremel and cut the circle out of the middle of the football. cleaned the edge and reinstalled. looked great and price was free!!

did you do a stage 1 or is this the same as stock?

 

Is that just bolt on? I like the look of it.
