Default 1st AID KIT FOR MOTORCYCLES

OK Guys.... (and Girls) This is for everyone..

Do you carry an Aid kit?

What Aid kit do you recommend?

Is there one out there specifically for motorcycles..!!

IE: where road rash and bone breaks may occur etc.

My MC club has decided that I and several others need to carry them when we go on group rides.

And me being the Ex Army Medic has been designated to come up with the perfect med kit for a bike.

I have looked over the web but only found one for Goldwings...!!!

Any info or comments are appreciated.

Now if I could get the subscription to work again.. x@#$%^*(*&*@#!!!

Not sure about one for bikes but I carry one that came from a Hyundai Sanda Fe.. (found in a wrecking yard) also had a really nice jumper cable set too...

Here's a link for one...

I put my own together. Basic stuff....
Band Aids ( use more of them than anything)
burn/Antiseptic cream
gauze pads of various sizes
tape
Q tips
Tweezers
scissors
Hy Peroxide
Ace bandage ( 2 or 3)
Mirror
Eye Drops ( Vi-sine)
Advil, aspirin, etc but watch expatriation dates
Antiseptic wipes ( when no water available)
I also have a tourniquet, made for Military and Emergency Personal, it the type you can put on yourself, check around for it, can't remember name.
And a waterproof case to carry it in.
Also have a GPS...why? while riding some back roads in unfamiliar areas a call to 911 and can't give directions or know where you are, GPS coordinates can lead them to your location....

Also a Cell Phone, along with a 12v car charger....

Yes I carry a first aid kit in my bag. It's a small kit for a automobile glove box. Basic band-aids, dressing, tape, etc, I added a small bottle of spray on liquid bandage. For broken bones, I'll immobilize the person and call 911.

Got an extra from when I bought my 4-Runner, so it is in the tourpack on my Glide. Heck I would have to open it to tell you everything that is in it, but I know there are gauze pads and wrap in there...
