Question Questions about parts inside of my tank when swapping

Have 99 RCI with MM EFI. purchased 01 tanks that are identical (or was told). I noticed when I took the tank top off and looked inside I could see my pumps. There is a bolt in the center of the tank that holds the right pump in place. The left pump is somehow bracketed to the bottom of the tank or so. My issue is that the new tank that is painted and perfect does not have the a hole or that same bracket so I can bolt the pumps down. Is this a problem? is there a solution that is not dumb? Any help would be appreciated. Please no poor responses like get another tank or light a match and all will be good. Constructive answers please.

On my '00 with MM EFI I just took the canopy off and the pump/filter was attached to it on a bracket. Nothing bolted inside the tank.

The yellow tank is like mine. I took off a '00 and put on a '01 tank and both didn't have that bracket bolted inside.

When I was selling a tank on Ebay someone told me that the '98 and '99 efi tanks were different then the '00 and '01 efi tanks. The newer tanks have a 00 mark at the fuel inlet/outlet holes but I'm not sure what the older tanks have for a mark. Seems you have found the difference between the older and newer tanks, that bracket mount.

what about your pumps? did you just set them down inside the tank freely?

There is a bracket that is welded on the canopy plate, it angles down into the tank and the pump/filter is mounted on it.
