I'm looking for Chrome caliper mounting bolts for the front Brembo calipers.
The HD part number for the non-chrome bolts is #44160-00
I think they are metric 12 point flanged head 10mm x 36mm bolts.
Does anyone know where I can find some of these?

 

Yes they are metric, but can't help you on the location. I can't believe they are metric!!!!!

 

The lower sliders are made in Japan, so there you go. You would be amazed how many parts come from China as well.

 

Is that bolt stainless? If so you could polish it to look like chrome

 

I don't believe it is stainless, another option would be a chrome head cover.

 

I have looked for a hot topper or something like that but none fit right

 

I think that is going to be your only option short of sending them off to be chromed. I've been looking for WEEKS and found nothing.

HD does have CHROME CALIPER COVERS but I want the whole bolt chrome.

Fits '00-'07 models (except Springer® front caliper, '04-later XL, '06-later FX Softail® rear calipers and '06-later VRSC™ models).

I'm hoping to find the mounting bolts separately, I'm polishing up my lower sliders and adding 08-09 Brembo calipers and don't need the rest of the kit.
Plus the kit lists for $33.95 per side, that seems like a lot for just using 2 bolts per kit.

 

I ordered a Hot Topper complete set for my 08 and they come with all the caliper covers..
