i have the tall boy on my scoot in this pic but i now have the hollywood solo from Corbin, i also have the pillion pad for 2 up riding. The Corbin seats sets me back and down a good amount. I ordered it and it came in 3 weeks later, mainly because i got it in grey ostrich.
Worth taking a look at Lepera's website, for low solo's on baggers, they make a few different styles and will customize the shape, materials and covers to your exact needs. Been running a customized Lepera Solo for years on my old glide- I'd be real disapointed to have to go back to an "of the shelf" seat and learn to live with it.
I have a Sundowner solo on my King. It's a great seat, but in retrospect I wish I had gotten something with an optional driver's backrest.
I went with the Mustang solo with detachable backrest......partially because I wanted to have a passenger seat and partially because I didn't like how high up the Sundowner appeared from the side
Very pleased with Mustang Solo on my RK Custom. 400 mile days no sweat, well maybe a little, but my butt didn't hurt..... Would highly recommend detachable backrest.
Just did 2200 miles in 6 days on my new Mustang solo and have to say it is the best aftermarket seat I have ever had. I have had Corbin's and Sargents on a number of bikes and they were all great improvements over stock but the Mustang is the best for me at least.
