I have an 04 ultra with a Baker DD6 . Lately I've noticed that it grinds when shifting and only when it warms up. doesn't do it cold. I adjusted the clutch and also the cable. I have the HD auto primary chain tensioner and I use standard auto tranny fluid in the primary. I use mobile 75/90 in the tranny . I have a AIM VPC installed also. Though the chain tensioner might be to tight or would a better primary fluid help?

dump the auto tranny fluid and try redline MTL, see how that works.
The MTL works very nicely in the primary for a lot of people
