Default Klockwerks ERGO bars - Does this look like 200 bucks to you?

I dunno... I love Klockwerks parts and the people running the place but I'm just not sure these bars are worth the money. I mean they are only 1 inch bars with no real special bends or welds to them. To me they look like they would take about a minute to make, 3 dollars in parts, and 10 bucks in powder coating. They look like they came off my kids bmx bike. I'm not convinced they will be comfortable either. Looks like I'll be reaching more forward than even the stock bars. Maybe I should have gotten the ERGO BACK bars...or bought another set of Wild1 575s (this is for my new bike).

I think I'm going to return these. Not knocking Brian or the guys at Klockwerks (I'm a big fan) but I cannot justify paying 200 bucks for something so cheap - looking. Hell I don't know maybe I'll give them a chance...

Dang it.

I just installed Khrome Werks sweepers on my Roady and they only cost $70. They are 1" and nothing special except for the shape which nobody else seems to make. I like them a lot especially at that price.

I'd return those too. At least with Wild Ones you get a nice heavy bar for the money.

with so much of the bar under the fairing and covered by switches it seemms the krome werks bars would be a good way to go

I couldnt justify spending that much on handlebars either so I went with a set of HD mini apes in black today......only 70 bucks if I dont like them I can switch bars 3 times before I hit the price of alot of the other bars

Holy CRAP, my bars didn't even cost that much, and check out the work that went into them!!! They are 1 1/4 thick too!
I would return them and get a cheaper pair from somewhere else.

I have the Khrome Werks Sweeper bars and they are PERFECT. A little pullback and a great wrist angle. Took long trip to HD's 105th and with those bars and my Corbin Classic Solo seat I had no aches or pains what so ever. A great combination for me and my scoot.
