I'd return those too. At least with Wild Ones you get a nice heavy bar for the money.

I can't comment on the bars; I'm going with khrome works 12 apes -- for 147 that's an incredible price.

Brian Klock and spouse are very nice people; I met them a couple of weeks ago at Granite Mtn HD

I work in fabrication, and the only way they should cost you $200 is if they were a one off design and the powdercoat was not done in a lot but by itself. I am sure they fab up at least a dozen at a time and have them powder coated in lot's. The should cost on those should be +/- $100 give or take. Seems really high to me. Not knocking the company, but when you have a lot of competetion in the market and you advertise your prices you become very transparent to the buyer.

There's my .02

It's kind of frustrating when you think you're getting something you'll really like, and then you get it and find out "not so much".... For that kind of $$, they'd already be in the box headed back. Wild One Chubby 518's for me.

Seems to be nearly impossible to find anything for a Harley that isn't waaaaaay over priced. There's just far too many people that are willing to pay an absurd (as in $200 bars) price for accessories and parts. I can build a 500 hp V-8 for the same amount as it takes to get 100 hp from Harley and it only has 2 cylinders. If you spend more than $50-$80 on handlebars you shouldn't complain 'cause you're actually part of the problem consumer-wise. The charge what the market is willing to pay.

I just sent my Ergo bars back. They came in a weak a$$ plastic bag and shifted back & forth in the box all the way to Cali.. Dealer had them 90% done when we noticed this.(scratches). Had dealer reinstall stock bars,no I'm dealing w/ sending them back($36) shipping. I'm into this over $125 and I still have stock bars. Vic there parts guy is an A$$. Stopping short of blaming me for the scratches. They don't use foam, bubble wrap , my Sunday paper comes wrapped better. If this doesn't play out well you-all will hear about it. The reg. Ergo bars suck too. Bend all wrong. Way too flat. Not worth it !!
